Role Overview
The Investments Analyst will contribute both independently and in team settings, supported by a flexible, technology-enabled workplace that encourages connectivity and innovation across locations. This role involves active involvement throughout the investment cycle, from initial underwriting and due diligence to portfolio strategy and asset optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and capital investment opportunities through detailed financial models and underwriting analyses.
- Develop and update advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and strategic planning efforts.
- Analyze operational performance, leasing activity, tenant sales, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and manage risks.
- Assist with transaction execution, due diligence processes, and onboarding of new assets.
- Contribute to annual business plan development, capital projects, and strategic asset management programs.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, investment memoranda, portfolio performance reports, and decision-making materials.
- Create dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve underwriting, reporting, forecasting, and portfolio management workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Between two and five years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, investments, valuation, consulting, lending, or commercial real estate finance.
- Strong competency in financial modeling, underwriting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- Background in underwriting retail real estate assets such as outlet centers, lifestyle centers, regional malls, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience preparing Investment Committee briefs and transaction analysis documents.
- Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization software, and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Exposure to leasing analysis, asset management planning, and capital investment underwriting.
