Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in New York, NY sits at the intersection of investment banking and principal investing. The role covers the full lifecycle of transactions, from originating advisory work to underwriting, executing, and overseeing investments. The position carries substantial responsibility and offers direct interaction with senior leadership, so a high level of professional maturity is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop advisory opportunities.
- Support the full execution process for transactions across investment banking and principal investing activities.
- Underwrite investment opportunities and participate in their execution and ongoing management.
- Work closely with senior leaders and contribute meaningfully to firm-wide deal activity.
- Take ownership of assigned work with a strong sense of accountability and judgment.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or a similar field.
