Investment Product Analyst, Fixed Income & Multi-Asset

Role overview

This Singapore-based position sits within the Fixed Income & Multi-Asset product function for Asia, with coverage across Southeast Asia and close collaboration with the wider regional Asia team. The team acts as the operational and commercial link between investment, sales, marketing, and product development, allowing portfolio managers to stay focused on investing while product specialists handle client-facing and business-management work.

The role calls for a seasoned product professional with roughly 4 to 5 years of experience, particularly in fixed income. The person in this position should be comfortable working independently, shaping product messaging, answering client and consultant questions with confidence, and helping create market commentary and thought leadership content.

What the role involves

• Preparing client reports and review decks that explain market conditions, portfolio results, and investment positioning for existing clients.
• Managing incoming client queries on an independent basis.
• Creating and updating product presentations and fund update materials for distribution through sales channels.
• Keeping product profiles current with detailed specifications and supporting sales with marketing collateral.
• Assisting sales and client servicing teams with ad hoc reporting and client responses.
• Taking full responsibility for RFP responses and ensuring they are tailored to client needs and delivered to a high standard.
• Supporting client pitches with customised presentations, investment narratives, and competitor comparisons.
• Owning pitch books, fund updates, portfolio reviews, and other client-facing materials across the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset suite.
• Working with portfolio managers and investment directors to produce thought leadership, market commentary, and portfolio content.
• Keeping track of competitors and the wider market environment to understand client expectations and relative positioning.
• Monitoring AUM, fund flows, and profitability for the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset desks as part of business management support.
• Overseeing risk monitoring, reporting, and file maintenance.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA are considered an advantage.
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, ideally with a fixed income focus.
• Strong knowledge of public fixed income strategies, related products, and the broader Asia fixed income market.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and manage multiple client and business-support priorities.
