Key Responsibilities

• Assess and execute investment opportunities in gaming, interactive entertainment, digital content, and related technology fields.
• Lead tasks involving financial evaluation, valuation, detailed financial modelling, and comprehensive due diligence for prospective investments.
• Assist in structuring transactions, leading negotiations, and driving deals to completion.
• Develop and present meticulous investment committee documents and investment proposals.
• Oversee portfolio companies by partnering with management to implement strategic plans and enhance value creation.
• Formulate investment theses focused on emerging trends such as gaming infrastructure, platforms, publishers, studios, esports, creator economies, and interactive media.
• Establish and maintain relationships with company founders, executives, advisors, and co-investors on a global scale.
• Continuously track industry changes, competitive landscapes, and identify new investment prospects worldwide.
