Expertise in investing across various asset classes is essential.
Key Qualifications
- Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience in leading finance or consulting roles
- Proven investing experience regardless of asset category
- Highly developed technical and numerical capabilities, including financial modeling and commercial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong academic achievements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities focusing on structuring and analytics
- Demonstrated motivation, high energy, and creative thinking
- Proactive self-starter capable of working effectively both independently and within teams
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory due to the primarily DACH region client base
- Sound business judgment combined with practical common sense
- Intellectual curiosity, team-oriented personality, and sense of humor
