Position Overview

This role is located outside the UK and requires the candidate to relocate. The deVere Group, a global financial services organization operating in over 100 countries, is hiring for their international trainee program commencing September 2026. The program provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, extensive training resources, and the foundation for a career as a Financial Advisor.

Opportunity Details

Participants will receive training and support within a client-facing, business development setting, focusing on the development of core skills such as lead generation and follow-up, networking and relationship cultivation, and assisting experienced international advisors in a results-driven environment. This role emphasizes active communication, engagement, and measurable achievements.

Training and Career Progression

• A structured three-week introductory program at the Malta Academy marks the start of the journey.
• Following training, candidates will be placed in an international office.
• Relocation assistance is provided, including help with flights and accommodation arrangements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates are resilient and competitive individuals comfortable operating in a performance-oriented, client-centered environment. Experience or interest in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sports, or similar people-engagement roles is valued.
