About the Role

The Investment Banking Shareholder Advisory Group within North America provides advisory expertise across sectors including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic financings for corporate, financial, and public sector clients.

Program Overview

As part of the 2-year Analyst Program beginning in July, you will engage in six weeks of foundational training before being assigned to an Investment Banking team. Extending into a third year is possible, which may involve staying in your current team or pursuing a one-year rotation domestically or internationally, with eligibility for promotion to Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and examine company data to support transaction activities, including conducting market research and handling financial data.
  • Develop financial models such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analyses, and comparative analyses.
  • Prepare and complete presentations aimed at generating new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Manage internal documentation in line with compliance and control frameworks.

  • Prospective graduates earning a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, with an anticipated starting salary of approximately $110,000. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formula-based bonuses and retention incentives.
