About the Role
Join Citi as a Full-Time Analyst within the Investment Banking division based in Toronto. This role immerses you in sector expertise and strategic advisory services including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and other critical financial strategies servicing corporate, financial services, and public sector clients. Embark on a two-year comprehensive Analyst Program beginning in July featuring six weeks of intensive training, followed by placement within a dedicated Investment Banking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and scrutinize company data to support transaction activities, including performing industry research and managing financial information.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and construct models such as company valuations, discounted cash flow, financing, and comparative studies.
- Develop and finalize presentations to support new business development efforts.
- Coordinate effectively with internal team members and external partners on project deliverables.
- Prepare essential internal documents ensuring compliance with control and regulatory standards.

Additional Information
This position offers a starting annual compensation of CAD 120,000, with a salary range for full-time employment between CAD 67,210 and CAD 93,790 based on qualifications. Citi supports internal mobility and career progression, allowing for potential third-year retention or rotations across domestic or international offices with opportunities for promotion to Associate.
