Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned investment banking professionals to assess the performance of AI systems in executing authentic banking tasks. Your role will involve crafting specialized grading criteria and rigorously evaluating completed work samples with clear, logical written explanations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise grading standards tailored to banking deliverables such as financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), deal memoranda, and board or committee documents.
• Assess both AI-generated and human-prepared samples against these criteria, providing comprehensive written rationale for each assigned score.
• Maintain consistent and evidence-based judgment ensuring that assessments can be reliably reproduced and justified.
• Incorporate feedback from senior evaluators and refine evaluations swiftly and effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years in a professional investment banking role at the associate level or above.
• Experience with top-tier global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques covering mergers and acquisitions, coverage, or capital markets.
• Expertise in core banking competencies such as three-statement financial modeling and transaction modeling techniques (DCF, LBO, comparables, merger mathematics), valuation assessment, deal documentation, and adherence to the formatting and precision standards expected of bank-quality deliverables.
• Exceptional written communication skills to precisely articulate why work meets or falls short of established standards.
• Highly detail-focused, consistent in evaluation, and open to having judgments reviewed and aligned with peer assessments.
• Previous involvement with AI training, evaluation, or projects involving human-generated data is highly advantageous.
