- Draft pitch books, Information Memoranda, management presentations and other client-facing documents.
- Carry out financial, commercial and sector research to support active deals and new business efforts.
- Partner with senior bankers across the full transaction process, from initial origination through to completion.
Experience and qualifications
- Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or a closely related area.
- Strong capability in financial analysis and modelling is essential, along with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to M&A, fundraising, financial advisory or transaction services is advantageous.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are needed, including the ability to explain complex financial ideas simply.
- ACA qualification is preferred.
- A strong academic record in finance, economics or a similar subject is expected.
- The role suits someone who is highly driven, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in investment banking, M&A/corporate finance roles at Big 4 or boutique firms, or transaction services with private equity deal exposure will be considered.
