Position Overview
This contract role offers fully remote work, focusing on leveraging investment banking expertise to advance AI model performance through rigorous evaluation of financial deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, task-specific scoring systems for banking deliverables like financial models and valuation analyses.
- Assess both AI-generated and human-produced work samples using the defined criteria, providing thorough written explanations for each score.
- Exercise consistent, evidence-based decision-making to ensure scoring is reliable and can be defended.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iteratively improve your scoring results.
- Manage tasks autonomously and asynchronously, maintaining deadlines while enhancing AI modeling quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in investment banking at the associate level or higher.
- Experience with top global investment banks or elite advisory firms.
- Strong proficiency in three-statement financial modeling, transaction modeling, valuation assessment, and deal-process documentation.
- Excellent written communication capabilities.
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with peer review and judgment.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to AI training, evaluation, or human-data related projects.
