Liberty Bridge Partners is recruiting an Analyst for its Singapore office on behalf of a leading international platform. This is a strong opportunity for someone seeking practical exposure to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including both buy-side and sell-side assignments, as well as capital raising work across several industries.

What you will do

• Help deliver cross-border M&A mandates on both the acquisition and divestment side.
• Support origination activities by creating marketing presentations and spotting potential new business leads.
• Build and review financial analyses and models for a range of transaction structures, including M&A, carve-outs, and fundraising processes.
• Carry out valuation work using comparable companies, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow, and leveraged buyout approaches.
• Assist with due diligence and help keep multiple workstreams moving in sync.
• Prepare transaction-related documents and client-facing marketing materials.
• Take part in client discussions and broader deal execution tasks.
• Contribute to a wide mix of responsibilities in a fast-moving M&A advisory setting.

Candidate profile

• The ideal candidate is already working as a second-year analyst within a respected M&A team.
• Applicants should bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on pure M&A experience.
• Prior involvement in end-to-end transaction support or execution is important.
• Cross-border deal exposure would be a significant plus.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and accounting capability is required.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations are expected.
• You should be organised, detail-focused, and a collaborative team player.
• English fluency is essential.
