Position Overview
Join JPMorgan Chase as an Analyst within the FinTech, Wealth, and Asset Management division, where you will be integral to shaping business strategy and facilitating deal execution. Your involvement will span the entire transaction life cycle, including crafting marketing materials, conducting financial analyses, and preparing internal and client-facing presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for strategic meetings with clients concerning mergers, acquisitions, and capital market activities.
- Collaborate daily with senior team members and client leadership to carry out transactions and explore strategic options.
- Perform comprehensive valuation analyses such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), trading comparables, transaction comparables, and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) assessments.
- Contribute to undergraduate recruitment efforts.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in frontline investment banking roles.
- Strong academic credentials from a prestigious educational institution.
- Advanced financial modeling proficiency.
- Deep understanding of transaction processes and an execution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior professionals and clients.
