Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential new investment prospects.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and conduct thorough investment analyses.
- Assist in the execution of transactions and perform due diligence.
- Collaborate closely with the management teams of portfolio companies.
- Drive value creation initiatives and support portfolio company growth strategies.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, consulting, or investment roles.
- Demonstrate strong financial modeling capabilities and sound commercial judgment.
- Exhibit a proactive and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to assume ownership of tasks.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in collaborating with company founders.

Eligibility
