What you will do

  • Develop and manage financial models for leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flow analysis, and mergers & acquisitions from the ground up.
  • Perform valuation work using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and sum-of-the-parts methods.
  • Run scenario and sensitivity tests to evaluate investment assumptions and potential returns under different outcomes.
  • Carry out financial due diligence, including review of historical financial statements, working capital analysis, and normalization adjustments.
  • Build comparable company and transaction analyses to help inform exit valuations.
  • Draft parts of investment committee memorandums, including industry context, company background, and financial performance history.
  • Create charts, tables, and data-driven slides for presentations and internal materials.
  • Prepare reporting packs for limited partners, fund updates, and portfolio reviews.
  • Summarize insights from external advisors into clear and well-organized notes.
  • Support the creation of management presentation materials for exit-related processes.
  • Compile market maps and sector overviews to identify attractive investment opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators and competitive movements across sectors under coverage.
  • Research inbound opportunities and identify those that fit the firm’s investment focus.
  • Support value-creation initiatives such as add-on acquisition screening and operational benchmarking.
  • Maintain deal pipeline trackers and CRM records accurately.
  • Organize the data room, keep diligence checklists current, and follow up on pending items.
  • Track buyer process timelines and coordinate document requests during sale processes.
  • Collect monthly and quarterly updates from portfolio companies and refresh performance dashboards.
  • Manage document versions, formatting standards, and folder organization across all deal materials.
  • Keep portfolio company files and reporting records accurate and up to date.

What we are looking for

  • Ability to perform due diligence with a sound understanding of finance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative thinking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
