The team focuses on investments across the digital infrastructure space, backing the businesses and assets that support the digital economy. The role is well suited to someone who wants to move from advisory into investing, with early exposure to live transactions, valuation work, portfolio analysis, and interaction with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the execution of acquisitions, investments, and related strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and update robust financial models used for valuation and investment analysis.
  • Carry out commercial, financial, and market due diligence.
  • Draft materials and presentations for investment committee discussions.
  • Support portfolio monitoring and assess ongoing performance.
  • Track market developments and help source new opportunities within digital infrastructure.
  • Partner with senior investment professionals across the full deal process.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for candidates who can show the following background and attributes:

  • Experience in a Big 4 Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, Corporate Finance/M&A, or similar M&A advisory setting.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, plus strong interpersonal ability.
  • A self-driven, curious, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Full legal right to work in the UK, as sponsorship will not be provided.

Preferred Profile

  • Interest in digital infrastructure and a genuine motivation to build a career in this asset class; prior sector experience is not necessary.
  • Exposure to transaction execution, financial due diligence, or M&A assignments.
