Position Details

The engagement is for a Venture Capital Expert working on a remote basis. It is a contract role with a minimum duration of four weeks and requires a commitment of 10 or more hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review board-level materials for venture capital assignments.
• Perform market sizing and total addressable market analysis to support investment choices.
• Draft investment notes, analytical summaries, and concise memos to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and source potential deal flow within the venture capital ecosystem.
• Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule to deliver work on time.
• Contribute to assignments that may lead to further collaboration in the future.

Required Background

Candidates should bring at least 2 years of venture capital experience with leading firms. Prior exposure to board material preparation, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment summaries, memo writing, and deal sourcing is essential.

Compensation & Legal

• This is an hourly contractor engagement.
• Pay is set at $100 per hour.
• Payments are issued weekly.
