Job description
About the Role
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in broadband installation, fiber maintenance, router configuration, or customer service. However, individuals possessing fundamental technical knowledge and an eagerness to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installations of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and fiber optic internet services.
- Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity problems efficiently.
- Set up and configure ONTs (Optical Network Terminals), routers, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure customer installations and service appointments are completed promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the office team to manage and coordinate assigned tasks.
