About the role
This is a long-term, part-time work-from-home opportunity focused on evaluating online content for search quality. The position is suited to candidates with strong Punjabi and English language ability, and no prior professional experience is needed.
What you will do
- Review text, web pages, images, and other digital content using an online assessment platform.
- Judge search results for relevance and quality so the end-user experience can be improved.
- Work on a project that is monitored through regular quality assurance checks throughout the agreement period.
Assessment and onboarding
Selection includes a language test, an open-book qualification exam, and ID verification. Guidance and study material are provided before the exam. The test must be completed within a set timeframe, but you can take it at a convenient time.
Who can apply
Applicants must be able to work from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time. The role is open to residents of India who have lived in the country for the last 5 consecutive years and are familiar with India’s current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural landscape.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Punjabi and English.
- Ability to actively use Gmail, Google+, other social platforms, and web browsers for navigating and interacting with content.
- Daily access to a broadband internet connection.
- A smartphone running Android 5.0 or iOS 14 or later.
- A personal computer for day-to-day work.
Pay and work style
This is a paid role with an annual earnings range of INR 4,50,000 to INR 4,60,000. The schedule is part-time and flexible, with no fixed roster.
