Role Overview
This opening is for an experienced International Voice Sales Executive to work on a US process from Chennai. The job focuses on outbound calling, presenting products or services, and converting prospects into sales. It is suited to professionals who are comfortable with night shifts and have already worked in international voice sales or a US call center environment.
Experience Requirement
This role is strictly for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in international voice sales or a US call center. Freshers, non-voice profiles, and domestic process candidates will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers in the US market.
- Explain products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Address customer concerns and work towards successful conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Update call and sales details accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high standard of customer interaction throughout the call.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience in an international voice sales process.
- Experience in US outbound calling is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and dialer tools.
- Availability to work night shifts aligned to US timings.
- Only experienced candidates will be shortlisted; freshers and domestic/non-voice profiles are not eligible.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in a US call center, international call center, or BPO sales setup is beneficial.
- Candidates with a proven sales record will have an advantage.
