About the Role
24 7 ai is seeking candidates for an International Voice Process role based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position involves assisting customers through calls and other digital communication, resolving their concerns, and actively promoting products and services to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries via phone and electronic channels.
- Identify customer requirements and convert inbound calls into sales by recommending appropriate offerings.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining coordination.
- Exercise sound judgment to analyze situations and deliver effective solutions.
- Work assigned rotational shifts including night shifts covering US time zones.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong spoken communication skills with clear articulation.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Dedicated to delivering superior customer service and enhancing satisfaction.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (24x7 operations).
- Educational qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or Diploma (10+3) mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant exposure.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Must reside within 23 kilometers of the office location.
Work Details and Benefits
- Rotational US shifts including midnight hours.
- Five working days per week with two weekly rotational off days (not fixed to weekends).
- Work location is office-based, and flexibility to join immediately is preferred.
- Salary range: ₹19,000 to ₹27,000 take-home pay after deductions.
- Two-way transportation provided at no cost (home pickup and drop-off).
- Self-to-work allowance of ₹3,300 applicable to male employees.
- Medical insurance coverage extends to the employee and dependents.
Selection Process
- Assessment round to evaluate skills.
- Personal Introduction Round (PIR) interview.
- Tool proficiency assessment.
- ACM round (advanced candidate evaluation).
