Join 2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. as a Customer Interaction Executive handling international voice processes from Kolkata. This full-time role requires dynamic individuals with strong English communication skills who can effectively manage customer interactions, including lead generation, cold calling, and upselling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers from international markets.
- Generate potential leads through targeted cold calling efforts.
- Promote company products and services by upselling and cross-selling.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and provide prompt solutions.
Requirements
- Six months to one year of experience in an international voice process role.
- Graduation preferred; fresh graduates with applicable experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English verbal communication proficiency.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal abilities.
