About the role
This opportunity is for an International Voice Process Customer Support role based in Chennai, Kodambakkam. The position is suited to candidates who are comfortable handling customer calls for overseas clients, especially in a US-shift environment.
Work schedule
- US night shift
- Five working days per week
Role expectations
- Handle international customer support calls with a voice-process focus.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with overseas customers.
- Use strong listening skills to understand customer concerns and respond effectively.
- Prepare written communication such as emails when needed.
- Work with basic reporting and Excel-related tasks as part of the process.
What makes you a good fit
- Previous exposure to international voice processes is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working in a US shift and adapting to a fast-paced support environment.
- Strong oral English, clear narration, and good communication etiquette.
- Analytical thinking and presentation skills are an added advantage.
- Willingness to adapt to the organization’s work culture and requirements.
Tools and knowledge
- MS Excel knowledge
- Email drafting skills
- Understanding of international BPO operations is preferred
Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 3.75 LPA to INR 4.5 LPA.
