Role Summary
The organization is looking for immediate joiners for an International Voice Process - Customer Support position in Chennai. This role is intended for experienced voice professionals who are comfortable handling customer conversations in English and are motivated by service quality and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls from international customers.
- Support customers with technical concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Deliver a positive, high-standard customer service experience.
- Record customer interactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 6 months to 3 years of experience specifically in complete voice support.
- Experience from other domains will not be counted as relevant work experience for this role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication is required.
- Good clarity in speech, articulation, and problem-solving ability is expected.
- Applicants should have a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Work Schedule and Location
- This is a work-from-office role.
- The work pattern follows a 5-day week with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Most shifts are night shifts.
- Two-way cab service is available up to a 25 km radius, depending on shift timing.
- Work location: Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
- Joining is expected by June 10th.
Compensation
The annual CTC offered for this role is in the range of INR 3.00 LPA to INR 3.70 LPA, depending on the candidate’s experience and previous compensation.
