Job Details and Responsibilities

This position involves working in the International Voice Process segment at the Commerzone IT Park in Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra. Candidates will engage in UK or Canadian voice processes offering opportunities to enhance their communication and customer service skills while contributing to client satisfaction.

Open Positions and Salary

• UK Voice Process: Salary up to 450000 INR per annum, based on previous CTC. Shift timing: 12:30 PM to 2:30 AM with any 9.5-hour rotational shift.
• Canadian Voice Process: Salary up to 550000 INR per annum, dependent on prior CTC. Shift timing: 6:00 PM to 11:00 AM with any 9.5-hour rotational shift.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an international voice process.
• Education level: Undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts is necessary.
• Immediate joining availability is preferred.
