Role Overview

This opportunity is for freshers as well as experienced applicants for a Process Associate role with a major MNC BPS in a blended customer support environment. The position calls for strong communication, a customer-first approach, and comfort working across voice and chat interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer queries through blended voice and chat support.
• Use clear written and spoken English while assisting customers.
• Support customers with a service-oriented, solution-focused approach.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and process changes.
• Work from the office and follow the assigned shift schedule.

Eligibility

Both undergraduates and graduates may apply, provided they are not regular students. Strong English communication is compulsory.

Candidate Profile

• Good command over both verbal and written communication.
• Interest in BPO blended and chat-based operations.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using common systems.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week.
• Open to night-shift schedules.
