International Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused International Travel Consultant to become a part of our team. This role involves managing complete international travel arrangements, providing clients with expert advice, and facilitating smooth and efficient travel through effective platform usage and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings for international flights, hotels, and activities using platforms such as TBO, TripJack, FlyRemit, and ActivityBeds.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their travel requirements and offer customized travel solutions.
• Ensure precise invoicing and compliance with GST and TCS regulations along with maintaining accurate travel documentation.
• Coordinate with airline companies and vendors to confirm bookings, handle cancellations, and address any special client requests.
• Keep current with visa guidelines, travel advisories, and airline policy updates.
• Address client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist with post-sale services including processing refunds, rescheduling, and providing travel support.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in managing international travel bookings; candidates new to the field but with strong training will also be considered.
• Experience and familiarity with travel booking platforms like TBO, TripJack, and FlyRemit.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TCS, and travel documentation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and composing professional emails.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Good knowledge of international travel destinations and current travel trends.
