Role Overview

This position functions as a vital liaison between Research & Development teams and our international customer base. The primary mission involves delivering expert technical advice and customized solutions to guarantee smooth deployment and functionality of our PDA and RFID products across various industries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical contact for international clientele, addressing complex technical questions and working closely with R&D to resolve product-related challenges.
  • Comprehend clients' operational requirements thoroughly to propose and craft comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain precise technical documents such as support guides, SDK integration manuals, FAQs, and user instructions, all in English.
  • Prepare and conduct technical educational sessions remotely or onsite to equip clients and partners with detailed knowledge about our products.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or comparable technical disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in the Android OS including its architecture, debugging techniques, and log analysis.
  • Practical experience with RFID and PDA-related hardware and software solutions is greatly favored; knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, alongside API integration capabilities, is essential.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling independent management of technical discussions and reporting.
  • Exceptional logical reasoning and the ability to independently devise problem-solving strategies.
