International Sales Consultant (US Process) - Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking skilled International Sales Consultants for our US-based process in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on engaging customers, managing objections, and closing deals effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads forwarded by the telemarketing team.
• Conduct outbound calls using company dialers and CRM systems.
• Utilize approved scripts to convert prospects into customers.
• Build customer rapport, assess needs, and confidently close sales.
• Complete all necessary documentation and agreement processes.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in International Sales, US Debt Collections, Debt Settlement, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Mortgage Sales, or other US Voice processes.
• Proficient spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong skills in negotiation and objection handling.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to join within 15 days preferred.

Work Schedule and Location

• Role based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
• Permanent US Night Shift.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday, with possible additional days as needed.
