About the Role
Join IDS Group, a leader in international road logistics for over 25 years, specializing in transportation management and freight forwarding. We develop innovative digital tools for dispatching, documentation, and transport management. Due to expanding international operations, we are seeking skilled dispatchers for European and US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international road freight shipments from order receipt through trip completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and cargo owners.
- Monitor shipment execution, maintain transport documentation, and track loading and unloading schedules.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and automation tools.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in international road freight transportation as a dispatcher or logistics specialist.
- Fluency in English for daily communication with international partners including carriers and brokers.
- Additional advantage: familiarity with US market, European transport exchanges, international documentation, and FTL/LTL transport specifics.
