- Draft professional, clear, and well-reasoned responses and narratives addressing regulatory requirements in coordination with Legal and Compliance.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks in markets where Stripe operates or seeks licenses, assessing impacts on examination duties.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with Legal, Financial Crimes, Product, Finance, regional Compliance teams, and outside counsel.
- Provide status updates and reporting on open regulatory items, remediation efforts, and deliverables to senior leadership.
- Assist with ad hoc supervisory inquiries and projects as the international regulatory program expands.
- Utilize AI technologies and automated workflows to streamline exam coordination, document review, and regulatory tracking.

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations in fast-paced settings.
- Outstanding written communication skills, capable of producing professional regulatory submissions and internal communications.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple concurrent exam processes and deadlines.
- Experience and enthusiasm for employing AI tools to improve regulatory processes and reduce manual workload.
