• Base salary ranging from 28000 to 35000, depending on experience.
• Commission potential of up to 50% with average placement fees between 20000 to 25000.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants have between 6 months and 3 years of recruitment agency experience. Candidates from varied backgrounds such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, and Professional Services are welcome, including those new to the sectors mentioned. Strong motivation, curiosity, coachability, and a desire to specialize are key traits for success.
