Eligibility and Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in international email or chat support is required.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Applicants with any degree, including UG or PG qualifications, are eligible to apply.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• The shift structure is rotational and operates 24/7, including night shifts.
• Working hours are 9 hours per day.
• The schedule follows 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Two-way cab facility will be provided.
• This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Compensation

The offered annual compensation is in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,50,000.
