What you will do
You will guide the planning and execution of market-led marketing strategies that promote the university’s transnational education and offshore education portfolio across key international regions. The role is responsible for improving brand presence, deepening audience engagement, and contributing to stronger international student recruitment outcomes.
You will oversee a portfolio of marketing initiatives and decide campaign priorities, channel mix, and investment choices to improve performance. This includes delivering coordinated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner-driven activity, all aligned to recruitment timelines and local market requirements.
Working with international recruitment teams, offshore partners, and internal stakeholders, you will provide specialist advice that informs market strategy, campaign planning, and offshore engagement. You will use market intelligence and performance metrics to refine campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and support ongoing improvement across varied international settings.

About you
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in international marketing and the confidence to work across multiple stakeholder groups. You should be able to deliver measurable outcomes in complex, diverse environments.
Applicants should hold a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. You should also have a track record of running integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, along with the ability to shape strategy, use sound judgement, and influence others effectively.

- A qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and influencing stakeholder decisions.
- Understanding of international student recruitment and offshore education contexts.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability.
