International Healthcare Voice Process Executive

Overview

We are recruiting for a prestigious multinational corporation for the position of International Healthcare Voice Process Executive in Kolkata. This role requires immediate joining and operates under a contractual basis with a six-month initial term, potentially extendable to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The position is payroll managed by Knotify Services Pvt. Ltd., serving Capgemini's client requirements, involving night shifts and workplace attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US insurance companies to check and follow up on claim statuses and pending Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Identify and accurately record reasons for claim denials.
• Keep claim statuses, case notes, and follow-up records up to date in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address claim issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Achieve expected standards in productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Uphold confidentiality protocols aligned with client and organizational policies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in international voice processes, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Proficient in managing customer inquiries, escalations, and cases.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent comprehension.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite, online tools, email platforms, and data entry tasks.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a night shift schedule within a 24x7 shift environment.
• Commitment to working from the office location.

• Position Grade: A2 (1–4 years experience level)
• Compensation: Up to INR 5,50,000 per annum
• Shift: Night shift (office-based)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
