International Ecommerce Voice Process Executive

Job Overview

This position is located in Bellandur, Bangalore and operates on a US rotational shift schedule with 5 working days followed by 2 off days. The job involves voice process engagement in the international ecommerce domain.

Work Schedule and Commute

• Shift Timing: US rotational shifts
• Workweek: 5 days on, 2 days off
• Commute Support: One-way cab service available between 8 PM and 6 AM within a 25 km radius of the office

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers with excellent command of English communication skills
• At least six months of prior international voice experience required; domestic, AR caller, and non-voice backgrounds are not considered relevant
• Educational qualifications: completion of PUC or graduation
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹22,000 and from ₹25,000 to ₹26,000 depending on the grade
• Night shift allowance of ₹4,400 per month
• Attendance bonus of ₹500
• Cab reimbursement of ₹1,500 for male employees who opt for two-way personal transport
