They seek candidates for various customer support roles including International Voice, International Chat (Non-Voice), International Technical Support Voice, and Premium Technical Support Non-Voice positions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers through multiple communication channels such as voice calls and chat. Your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in international BPO environments handling voice or chat processes is mandatory.
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift patterns.
- Candidates with undergraduate or graduate qualifications, or even those without graduation, are eligible to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
