About the Role
This position is with a leading multinational BPO setup for international customer support. The role involves handling customer interactions for overseas processes and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently over calls and chats.
Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer conversations across phone and chat.
- Answer customer queries and work toward quick resolution of concerns.
Work Schedule and Location
- Work pattern: 5 days a week.
- Shift type: Rotational and night shifts.
- Work location options: Jaipur, Gurgaon, and Noida.
- Cab facility is available for both pickup and drop.
Candidate Profile
- Strong English communication skills are essential, both spoken and written.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
- Applicants can be undergraduates or graduates.
