Work Details

• Work location: Office-based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Shift options: US shifts and UK shifts.
• Work schedule: 5 days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced professionals, preferably from international BPO backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

Salary Information

• Entry-level candidates start at ₹18,000 monthly.
• Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹40,000 monthly depending on skillset and interview outcomes.
