Role overview

This position is for a call center professional focused on ELD sales for a captive BPO serving trucking companies in the United States. The work centers on FMCSA-compliant ELD, GPS tracking, and dashcam offerings, and the role is built for someone comfortable with a complete night shift and US market conversations.

Work arrangement and schedule

• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
• Work model: Hybrid, combining office and work-from-home
• Shift: Full night shift aligned to US timing
• Weekly off pattern: Fixed Sunday off plus alternate Saturday off
• Employment type: Full-time

What you will do

• Place outbound sales calls to trucking companies based in the US
• Receive inbound sales calls and move prospects through the sales process
• Promote and sell ELD, GPS tracking, and dashcam solutions
• Clearly explain FMCSA compliance needs and how the products address them
• Respond to objections and work toward converting leads into customers
• Keep CRM records current and prepare daily sales updates
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly target goals
• Offer post-sale support and follow up with prospects and customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ELD sales is mandatory
• Prior exposure to a US trucking campaign is preferred
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Confidence in negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing
• Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
• Availability and comfort for a full overnight shift in US hours

• Salary range: INR 12,000 to INR 32,000 per month
