Job description
About the Role
We are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Care Representative in the BPO sector. This role is intended exclusively for those available to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service interactions effectively during night hours.
- Manage communication with clients, providing prompt responses and solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum educational qualification is 12th grade completion or any higher degree.
- Experience level ranges from freshers to candidates with up to six months of experience in BPO or telecalling roles.
- Strong proficiency in English, including vocabulary and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary of 14,000 INR plus 1,000 INR conveyance allowance.
- Additional attendance incentive of 1,000 INR.
- Salary increase available for experienced individuals.

Additional Details
- Training will last for five working days and is unpaid.
