International Area Sales Manager - Marine

Position Overview

Join ACO Marine, part of the global ACO Group, as an Area Sales Manager to advance sustainable marine wastewater treatment solutions. This role focuses on driving strategic sales growth internationally by leveraging innovation tailored to maritime clients committed to environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales expansion efforts within your assigned region, collaborating closely with local partners to increase market share and profitability.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers, partners, and internal teams in your territory.
• Regularly visit international shipyards and maritime companies to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Assist partners in broadening their market reach and increasing revenue generation.
• Prepare and manage commercial documents including quotations, contracts, and agreements.
• Deliver presentations of ACO Marine products to both channel partners and end users.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of yearly sales strategies.
• Represent ACO Marine at global trade fairs and maritime industry events.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales.

Candidate Profile

• Proven sales expertise focused on consultative, solution-driven approaches.
• Background in maritime technical fields such as Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture is mandatory.
• Minimum of five years experience in B2B solution sales within technical industries.
• Relevant technical education is required.
• Fluent English at business proficiency level (C1 or higher).
