International Admissions & Recruitment Manager - Higher Education

Role overview

A globally recognised higher education institution is looking for an International Recruitment Adviser to be based in Dubai. The position is primarily remote, with the exception of meetings and travel commitments. The selected candidate will help drive student recruitment and engagement across the GCC and surrounding region, while building stronger links with schools, counsellors, prospective students, and parents to raise awareness of undergraduate study options and reinforce regional partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with secondary schools, counsellors, and other important education partners across the region.
• Plan and deliver recruitment initiatives such as school visits, education exhibitions, presentations, and information sessions.
• Guide prospective students and their families on programmes, admission criteria, and application steps.
• Assist with the design and rollout of regional recruitment campaigns and outreach activity.
• Spot opportunities to improve brand visibility and strengthen market reach in assigned territories.
• Research the market and share insights on education trends, competitor activity, and student interest.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and produce regular updates on recruitment performance and results.
• Provide support to visiting international team members during regional tours and events.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of experience in international student recruitment, higher education, education consultancy, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
• Background in organising events, presentations, or recruitment-focused activities.
• Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, international setting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Open to frequent travel across the GCC and wider region.

Preferred background

• Familiarity with international admissions procedures and higher education structures.
• Experience engaging with students, parents, and school counsellors.

Additional information
