About The Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-centric Internal Phone Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding a customer portfolio through proactive phone-based interactions, both outbound and inbound. You will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, identifying potential growth areas, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Location and Flexibility
While ideally based in Auckland, we are open to considering remote applicants. The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
