The Internal Communications group focuses on fostering clarity, trust, and shared understanding that motivates our workforce to excel.
Role Overview
We seek a skilled Internal Communications professional to support our Enterprise & Growth portfolio, encompassing B2B, Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, Enterprise Engineering, Ads, and Commerce divisions.
This position suits an exceptionally organized communicator who can write with clarity, rapidly assimilate information, manage a fast-paced environment with composure, and creatively keep employees connected and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth segment, including product updates, partnership news, leadership announcements, and organizational changes.
- Organize and execute internal events such as company-wide All Hands meetings, manager briefings, Q&A sessions, leadership AMAs, employee engagement activities, and product/service launches.
- Coordinate company-wide customer storytelling initiatives to share customer success insights and impact stories with employees.
- Monitor high-traffic Slack channels and collect employee feedback to detect emerging questions, fill information gaps, and enhance communication clarity and employee connection.
- Maintain scheduling and intake processes, tracking significant events, milestones, dependencies, audiences, and review deadlines.
- Contribute flexibly to broader internal communications priorities, demonstrating curiosity and strong follow-up within the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or related fields.
- Proven record supporting internal events, team meetings, All Hands sessions, or employee engagement programs.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, including tracking of deadlines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder inputs.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information across technical, customer-facing, and business teams.
- Collaborative mindset capable of building trust, anticipating communications needs, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $171,000 to $190,000 annually.
