This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to public relations strategies, media relations, social media content creation, and event coordination within a fast-moving environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor media coverage daily across print and digital platforms to keep the team informed.
• Compile and update regular public relations performance reports.
• Assist with organizing and facilitating filming sessions and photoshoots on site.
• Support drafting of press releases and creation of media invitations.
• Maintain and update digital resources such as the online media center, image library, and media contact lists.
• Help plan and execute media-related events and activities.
• Coordinate and assist with media tours conducted on the property.
• Manage logistics for media familiarization trips including accommodation, transport, and budget tracking.
• Provide logistical and preparatory assistance for volunteer events held quarterly.
• Lead and manage a designated small project during the internship tenure.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a degree program.
• The internship should fulfill academic graduation requirements.
• No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to support colleagues as needed.
• Experience in creating or shooting social media videos considered a plus.
• Available to commit at least six months for the internship starting June 2026.
• Highly motivated to learn and meticulous in approach.
