Intern, Communications (Internal Comms)

About the Role

You will join the Communications team at Marina Bay Sands and help support the integrated resort’s corporate objectives through internal communication initiatives. The role involves working with different business units to develop employee-facing content and distribute it across a range of internal channels.

Responsibilities

• Help create internal communications content, including video materials, for employee channels.
• Keep internal communication platforms updated promptly and accurately.
• Support related tasks when needed, such as coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, taking photos, and preparing event coverage.
• Take on additional assignments as requested by the team.

Requirements

• You must be a full-time enrolled student.
• The internship must count toward your school’s graduation requirements.
• You should already have experience creating video content, whether in production or post-production.
• If your background is in production, you should have filmed with DSLR cameras before.
• If your background is in post-production, you should be familiar with video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Strong working knowledge of video production and content creation tools is expected, ideally Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience or ability in photography, design, or animation will be an added advantage.
• You should be careful, organized, and able to handle several tasks and projects at once.
• A cooperative, initiative-driven attitude is important, along with a willingness to assist teammates.
• You must be able to commit to at least six months.
