Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek an Intern in Business Analytics (all genders) to aid the Marketing department primarily through supporting data reporting and assisting with various Marketing Operations projects. You will collaborate closely with a team dedicated to maintaining TeamViewer’s marketing systems and delivering precise, actionable insights regarding marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Develop a sound understanding of TeamViewer's data structure and architecture
• Gain knowledge of essential business metrics and terminology
• Enhance and monitor reports on performance, forecasts, and statistical analyses
• Validate data quality and identify any issues or discrepancies
• Keep detailed records for datasets, metrics, and reporting outputs
• Create ad hoc datasets and reports as requested
• Collaborate effectively with various departments across multiple global time zones
• Engage with automation and artificial intelligence technologies
• Potentially contribute to customer segmentation and account-based marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Current university or college student pursuing studies in computer science, data science, business, marketing, finance, economics, or related disciplines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, mandatory for communication
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and digital communication tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis for trends and outliers
• Attention to detail in work approach
• Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation tools is beneficial
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
