Role Responsibilities

• Maintain plant health through watering, pruning, fertilizing, and cleaning plants and containers as scheduled during route visits.
• Drive service vehicles safely in both urban and rural areas, dedicating up to half of the work shift to driving.
• Accurately assess soil moisture levels using probes and apply water according to lighting and plant needs.
• Ensure plants and display containers remain dust-free and properly maintained to prevent diseases and pests.
• Care for ornamental aspects including top dressing and maintain living wall systems, occasionally working on ladders up to six feet high.
• Protect surrounding areas from water or moisture damage during maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building first-name relationships, addressing concerns, and upselling Ambius products to expand business.
• Assist with plantscape installations including wall-mounted systems and commercial displays by safely handling materials and equipment, mounting installations, planting vessels, and replacing plants at client sites.

Required Traits and Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and extensive walking.
• Dependable with a strong sense of independence and problem-solving skills, including escalating issues when necessary.
• Comfortable using smartphones and company-specific software, apps, and online training modules.
• Customer-focused with skills in relationship building and professional, polite communication.
• Enjoys physically engaging work and is willing to complete online courses and training.

Compensation and Benefits
