Job Overview

Join ZR Interior Design as an Interior Designer based in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role involves client interaction, creative design, project management, and coordination to deliver exceptional interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to ascertain their needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop space planning and conceptual design layouts that effectively utilize the available area.
• Create precise 2D diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Produce 3D models and realistic renderings employing SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or comparable tools.
• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, and decorative elements.
• Design mood boards and assemble presentation drawings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure project coherence.
• Undertake site measurements and perform frequent visits to monitor progress.
• Guarantee delivery of projects in compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any design or implementation problems arising during projects.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and specify material requirements accurately.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and uphold quality throughout.
• Remain informed about the newest trends and advancements in interior design and materials.

Skill Requirements

• Strong command of AutoCAD for detailed drafting.
• Experience with SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion for 3D visualization.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and innovative creativity.
• Exceptional communication and client presentation capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, furniture types, lighting solutions, and construction details.
